Germany’s metalcore force AVRALIZE are entering a new era with their sophomore album liminal, set for release on November 14 via Arising Empire. Following the breakout success of their debut FREAKS, which earned over 5.5 million Spotify streams, the band has already unveiled “upside down,” “helium,” “wanderlust,” “close to you,” and “medicine.”
Now they return with the crushing new single “bite my tongue.”
About the track, the band shares, “‘bite my tongue’ is a song that embodies the tension we all carry inside – that battle between what we feel and what we’re able to say out loud. It’s about the weight of holding back, the pressure that builds up when you bury emotions, and the way it can twist you up until you finally explode. The riffs, the grooves, the heaviness — it all mirrors the choking on your own words and the relief that comes when you finally let it all out.
