Guard Yousaf Ahmad has signed to attend Saint Louis University and play men’s basketball for the Billikens. He begins his collegiate eligibility in the 2026-27 season.
A 6-foot-7 native of Toronto, Canada, Ahmad is coming off a breakout senior season with King Heights Academy. He is among the top Canadian recruits in this class.
“Yousaf is a young player we are super excited about,” SLU head coach Josh Schertz said. “He has great size, instincts, and an ability to see the game globally as well. He plays in a way that really accentuates his teammates and that makes him a very high floor player.
“Yousaf is deeply committed to being the best player, leader and person he can be and puts the invisible work behind it.”
Ahmad earned All-Canadian Games recognition after helping King Heights to the National Preparatory Association (NPA) Canada championship game. He averaged nearly 20.0 points and 6.0 assists while pulling down 12.0 rebounds in the NPA as a senior.
