Hank Gomric OF – St. Louis University

Gomric played in 53 of 55 regular-season games for SLU where he batted .311, knocked in 37 RBIs, and stole nine bases. Gomric isn’t unfamiliar with CarShield field; he played for the Missouri Gators in the 1st Phorm Collegiate League (1PCL) last year, where he posted a .511 average on 61 at-bats.

Baden Hackworth OF – Jefferson College

The right-handed outfielder returns to the Hoots after his first year of collegiate ball with Jefferson College. He recorded a .373 average and 12 home runs in 150 at-bats, leading the Vikings in all three categories. Hackworth played in 37 games for the Hoots last summer.

Cade Grevengoed INF – University of Missouri-St. Louis

The West Des Moines, Iowa native heads to O’Fallon this summer after his first season at UMSL. With the Tritons, Grevengoed recorded a .327 average, 22 stolen bases, and a team high 46 RBIs. He transferred to UMSL after two years at Northeast Community College.

Mitchell Bonczkowski OF – University of Missouri-St. Louis

Yet another Triton joining the Hoots ranks this Summer, Bonczkowski is coming off a 2025 collegiate season where he batted .357, slugged .705, and had a team high 12 home runs.

Christian Harvey RHP – Missouri Baptist University

After sitting out his collegiate season due to injury, Harvey will rejoin the Hoots squad for a third straight season, coming off an impressive 2024. Last summer, he threw 36 innings in 14 appearances and struck out 44 batters. The St. Louis-native posted a 5.50 ERA and only allowed eight extra base hits.

Carter Cox LHP – Northern Illinois University

Cox returns to O’Fallon after an explosive first season at NIU. The freshman started 6 games for the Huskies along with his 15 relief appearances. He caught his groove late in the year with four outings of five-plus innings in his last five games. His best performance of the season came at Eastern Michigan, where he only allowed one run in six innings of work. He struck out his season high of nine batters, and helped secure the 17-1 victory.

Ryan Hoshaw LHP – Maryville University

The left-handed starter rejoins the Hoots after his 3rd season at Maryville, where he saw a heavy load on the bump. Hoshaw threw 32.2 innings in nine appearances. His best outing came against Indianapolis, where he tossed a seven-inning complete game victory, allowing two runs and striking out six.

Head Coach Matt Brown

Overall Record: 62- 54 (.534)

2021: 33-27 (.550)

2023: 29-27 (.517)

The St. Louis native returns to manage the Hoots for his 2nd consecutive season, 3rd overall. In his 2021 campaign, Brown led the team to their first-ever playoff berth. Last season, Brown brought the Hoots back to compete for another winning season. Brown graduated from St. John’s Vianney High School, where he was three-time all-state. He went on to play at the University of Arkansas, Jefferson College, and eventually Missouri State, where he earned all-conference honors. He played 3 seasons of professional baseball in the Frontier League for the Windy City Thunderbolts and Gateway Grizzlies. He continues to serve as the Parkway South Head coach.
