Kelley Mack, born Kelley Klebenow, passed away on August 2, 2025, at 33 in Cincinnati, Ohio, after a brave battle with glioma. Her family announced her passing on August 5 via Instagram and CaringBridge, noting she was surrounded by her mother, Kristen, and aunt, Karen.

Born July 10, 1992, in Cincinnati, Kelley’s love for storytelling began with a childhood video camera. She earned a Cinematography degree from Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and worked in Los Angeles for 11 years. Known for playing Addy in The Walking Dead season nine, she also appeared in Chicago Med, 9-1-1, and films like Broadcast Signal Intrusion and Delicate Arch. With 35 acting credits and five as a producer, she earned an award for her first film role in The Elephant Garden.

Diagnosed with diffuse midline glioma in 2024, Kelley faced her illness with strength, completing proton radiation in April 2025 despite losing leg mobility. Her sister, Kathryn, praised her bravery: “She was so tough, and I’m so proud of her.”

Colleagues and fans mourned her loss, with The Walking Dead co-star Anthony Michael Lopez calling her a “sweet and happy soul” and director Michael E. Satrazemis noting her as a “bright light.” Kelley loved hiking, pickleball, piano, and time with loved ones. She is survived by her parents, Kristen and Lindsay; siblings, Kathryn and Parker; grandparents, Lois and Larry; and boyfriend, Logan.

A remembrance is set for August 16 in Glendale, Ohio, with a Los Angeles celebration planned later. Kelley’s vibrant spirit and creative legacy will live on.
