Steve Hall of the Lindenwood football team continues to stockpile the awards after a strong 2024 campaign, this time being named a FCS Football Central Freshman All-American.

The redshirt freshman was tabbed the Big South-OVC Offensive Freshman of the Year after rushing for 808 yards and five touchdowns on 111 carries, good for 7.3 yards per carry. He also caught 14 passes for 83 yards during the 2024 season. The St. Louis, Mo. native was tabbed Big South-OVC Freshman of the Week four times during the year and earned FCS National Freshman of the Week once after rushing for 259 yards and four touchdowns in a win over Western Illinois. The 259 yards were 13 shy of the program single-game rushing record.

Hall is also a finalist for the Jerry Rice Award, which goes to the top freshman in FCS football.
