After a successful run at Pittsburgh Steelers minicamp, former Lindenwood football standout, Gareth Warren has signed a deal with the organization and has been added to the teams 90-man roster.

“First and foremost, I just want to thank God and give Him the glory for all of this!” exclaimed Warren. “Just overall excited for this opportunity. To use my talents for God and to help this organization is truly a blessing.”

Warren has been a mainstay on the offensive line since beginning his career with the Black and Gold in 2021, starting 36 of 39 games at left guard and left tackle, respectively. During his career, Warren was a three-time All-Conference selection, including first team honors this past season.

The Kailua Kona, Hawaii native was named to the Reese’s Senior Bowl Watch List and the East-West Shrine Bowl 1000 List and went on to compete in the East-West Shrine Bowl this past January in Austin, Texas. He was part of an offensive line that helped the Lions lead the association in rushing yards per game at 173.7.

“I grew up a Steelers fan and now to become a Steeler is just crazy to me and a dream come true. Thank you to everyone that helped me along the way to get to this point. I’m Just a kid from Hawai’i with a dream.”
