NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Memphis Redbirds continued a six-game road trip at the Nashville Sounds (Triple-A, Milwaukee Brewers) with a 14-1 inning victory on Thursday night at First Horizon Park.
Despite falling behind 1-0, the Memphis offense replicated its performance from Wednesday night. Catcher Graysen Tarlow posted his best Triple-A line with a 4-for-5, three RBI night. Second baseman Dakota Harris smacked the lone home run of the Redbirds night, a solo shot in the seventh inning. In total, all 10 Memphis batters with a plate appearance reached safely in the win while six Redbirds drove in at least one run.
Starting pitcher Mason Molina (5-2) allowed his first run in five starts in the bottom of the second inning, then continued his domination. The left-handed pitcher allowed just the one run in 5.0 innings, allowed four hits, walked none and struck out two. Jared Shuster, Hancel Rincon and Ryan Murphy combined to shut out the Sounds in relief.
The Memphis Redbirds return to AutoZone Park on Tuesday, September 22 for Game One of the 2026 International League Championship Series with first pitch scheduled for 6:45 p.m. CDT.
