WR Brandon Aiyuk and the San Francisco 49ers have agreed to terms on a four-year, $120 million extension with $76 million in guarantees, ending months of negotiating and drama.
He requested a trade on July 16th. Multiple teams were in discussions and there was a deal in place with the Pittsburgh Steelers earlier this month.
Adam Schefter on X (formerly Twitter): “In the end, Brandon Aiyuk accepted the same deal that has been on the table since August. 10, per league sources. His hold-in did not alter any part of his new four-year, $120 million extension. He took the same deal that had been there for the past three weeks. Hold-in over. pic.twitter.com/kla7S7O406 / X”
