Billikens Fall to Missouri State, 8-0

The Billiken baseball team fell to Missouri State 8-0 on the road Tuesday night. Saint Louis falls to 17-10 overall. Robert Plohr (1-3) was hit with the loss.

The Billikens were no-hit until the fifth inning when Jake Henson lifted a flair to short right field. Michael Cusenzaadded the Bills’ second hit in the eighth on an infield single to third.

Today’s game ended a 33-game on-base streak for Michael Bozarth.

Saint Louis return to action this weekend when they travel to the Northeast to battle the St. Bonaventure Bonnies in Olean, N.Y. Junior RHP James Norwood will get the start on Friday, April 4. First pitch is slated for 2:00 p.m. (CT).
