USA Baseball announced today that beginning in 2025, USA Baseball Regional Coach Clinics will feature a new one-day format and will be offered FREE of charge for all participants. USA Baseball will host four Regional Coach Clinics this fall in Kansas City, Missouri; Washington, D.C.; Mesa, Arizona; and at the home of USA Baseball in Cary, North Carolina.

Regional Coach Clinics are immersive one-day events hosted at premier baseball facilities, providing coaches of all levels instruction from former Major League Baseball (MLB) players, current and former MLB and Minor League Baseball coaches, USA Baseball national team alums and coaches, and highly decorated coaches from the college and high school ranks.

The 2025 Regional Coach Clinics:

  • November 1: Kansas City Urban Youth Academy (Kansas City, Mo.)
  • November 8: Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy (Washington, D.C.)
  • November 15: Sloan Park; Spring Training Home of the Chicago Cubs (Mesa, Ariz.)
  • November 22: USA Baseball National Training Complex (Cary, N.C.)

“We are thrilled to introduce a new, free model for our Regional Coach Clinics to expand this premier coaching education experience to coaches nationwide,” said Tyler Collins, Senior Director of Youth Programs and Education. “By moving to a one-day format, and by offering our clinics at no cost, we are able to reach more coaches in more communities while maintaining high-quality instruction that makes our Regional Coach Clinics so impactful. Likewise, hosting these events at world-class facilities like MLB Youth Academies, a Spring Training facility, and the home of USA Baseball, allows us to provide an unparalleled experience that will inspire coaches and communities, which is at the very heart of our goal to grow the game.”

2025 marks the second time that USA Baseball will host a Regional Coach Clinic at its National Training Complex in Cary, North Carolina, following its inaugural event in 2024. The National Training Complex serves as the international headquarters of USA Baseball and is the home to the organization’s executive offices.

“We are thrilled to once again host a Regional Coach Clinic at the National Training Complex,” said USA Baseball Executive Director/CEO Paul Seiler. “Education is central to our mission of Leading the Growth of Our Pastime’s Future, and it is a privilege for us to provide knowledge, strategies, and practical tools to baseball coaches of all levels at no cost while at the home of USA Baseball.”

Each Regional Coach Clinic now offers over seven hours of free instruction in a single day, featuring a morning roundtable discussion and an afternoon on-field session. The morning roundtable brings coaches together for interactive discussions on a variety of key topics led by featured clinicians, followed by an afternoon of live, on-field demonstrations. Lunch, sponsored by Marc Pro, will be provided, and all attendees will receive a Regional Coach Clinic clipboard and resource pack with access to USA Baseball’s educational resources.

Registration for the 2025 Regional Coach Clinics is now open at USABDevelops.com.
