Can you believe it’s been 30 years since Gov’t Mule dropped their debut album? The GRAMMY-nominated rockers, led by guitar virtuoso Warren Haynes, are marking this milestone with a massive celebration, including their newly announced Back In The Saddle Tour. Kicking off August 27th and running through October 28th, the tour will hit 18 cities across the East Coast and Midwest, from Milwaukee to Fort Lauderdale, with special guests like Big Sugar and moe. joining select shows. This is the band’s first major tour since February 2024, following a headlining gig in Louisville on July 25th.
Warren Haynes, who fronts the band with his soulful vocals and searing guitar, shared his excitement: “How has it been 30 years since Gov’t Mule’s first album came out? It’s kinda crazy to believe – time really does fly when you’re doing what you love! It’s also hard to believe that it’s been over a year since the last Mule tour. Matt, Danny, Kevin, and I are chomping at the bit to be back out there celebrating this monumental anniversary with our amazing fans.”
