In a significant move highlighting community collaboration, Perfect Game, the world’s leading youth baseball and softball platform and scouting service, has partnered with the City of Chesterfield and First Community Credit Union (FCCU) to secure exclusive naming rights for the Chesterfield Valley Athletic Complex. Effective immediately, the premier Midwest sports venue will now be known as the Chesterfield First Community Athletic Complex.
This public-private partnership unites three organizations deeply invested in youth development, family engagement, and inclusive recreational opportunities. A key highlight of the agreement is the introduction of the First Community Children & Family Foundation, which will sponsor the complex’s Miracle Field—an adaptive, fully accessible baseball and softball field designed for athletes of all abilities.

The 176-acre Chesterfield First Community Athletic Complex has rapidly emerged as a top destination for youth sports in the region since Perfect Game assumed operations under a 10-year agreement with the City of Chesterfield in 2022. The facility hosts hundreds of events each year, drawing teams and families from across the country.
The new foundation’s sponsorship of the Miracle Field (also known as Catch-22 Miracle Field) will fund inclusive programming, facility improvements, and family-focused initiatives. Miracle Fields feature rubberized surfaces and accessible designs to accommodate players with physical and cognitive challenges, ensuring everyone can experience the joy of baseball and softball.
“Perfect Game is honored to join forces with First Community Credit Union and the City of Chesterfield to elevate the impact of this remarkable facility,” said Rob Ponger, CEO of Perfect Game. “Together, we’re not only creating a home for elite youth baseball and softball competition but also strengthening the connection between sports, community, and opportunity.”
Glenn D. Barks, President and CEO of First Community Credit Union, emphasized the long-term benefits: “This partnership reflects our shared belief that investing in families and communities today builds a brighter tomorrow. We’re thrilled to help expand access to sports, recreation, and support programs that bring people together and inspire the next generation.”
City officials echoed the enthusiasm. Wayne Dunker, Director of Parks, Recreation, and Arts for Chesterfield, stated: “We believe this partnership represents our shared commitment to creating first-rate facilities that inspire performance and community. We’re proud to partner with Perfect Game and First Community Credit Union to make this facility a place where athletes, families, and neighbors can come together for years to come.”
The complex will host major Perfect Game tournaments in the coming years, including the PG BCS World Series, the 2026 PG St. Louis Super Regional NIT, and the 2025 PG Softball World Series (Nationals), among many others.
Over the next few months, visitors will see updated signage, new branding, and community activation events as part of the rebranding effort.
This naming rights deal marks Perfect Game’s first such agreement and underscores the growing role of corporate partnerships in supporting youth sports infrastructure. For families in the greater Chesterfield region and beyond, the Chesterfield First Community Athletic Complex promises to be a hub of competition, inclusion, and lasting community impact.
