Greek alt-metal band Absinthe Green just dropped “Fiery Serpent,” a fiery precursor to their debut album, Of Love and Pain. Led by Eirini “Absinthe Green,” with drummer Harry Mason, bassist Villy Pirris, and guitarist Panos Economakis, the Athens-based quartet delivers a venomous blend of hard rock and atmospheric metal. The track, produced by Hiili Hiilesmaa, opens with a slithering riff and Eirini’s sultry vocals, weaving themes of temptation and rebirth. Lyrics like “Coils of flame wrap ’round my soul” ignite a raw, defiant energy, culminating in a blazing guitar solo.
