Single-session tickets for the 2026 Prevagen U.S. Figure Skating Championships are on sale starting today, September 10, at 10 a.m. CT via Ticketmaster. Held January 7-11 at Enterprise Center in St. Louis, this premier event will determine the Team USA skaters for the Winter Olympic Games in Milan, Italy. The Championships return to St. Louis for the first time since 2006, crowning national champions in women’s, men’s, pairs, and ice dance disciplines.
The U.S. boasts a stellar lineup, fresh off a dominant performance at the 2025 World Championships, where American skaters claimed titles in three of four disciplines: Madison Chock and Evan Bates in ice dance, Ilia Malinin in men’s singles, and Alysa Liu in women’s singles.
Ice Dance Favorites: Chock and Bates
Madison Chock and Evan Bates, both ice dance partners and a married couple, are poised to dominate. With three Olympic appearances (2014, 2018, 2022), six U.S. titles, and three consecutive world championships, they are top contenders for gold in St. Louis and Milan.
Men’s Singles Star: Ilia Malinin
Known as “The Quad God” for his groundbreaking jumps, Ilia Malinin is the reigning back-to-back world champion and a favorite to lead the men’s competition.
Women’s Singles Contenders
Amber Glenn aims for her third straight U.S. title and her first Olympic team berth. Alysa Liu, a 2022 Olympian, has made a remarkable comeback after a brief retirement, winning the 2025 World Championship and positioning herself as a medal favorite for Milan.
Rising stars will challenge these frontrunners, ensuring fierce competition over the four-day event. The Championships culminate in the Olympic Team Announcement Show on January 11, featuring exclusive performances by the newly selected Olympic team.
Approximately 180 athletes will compete, drawing fans nationwide. The event will be broadcast on NBC, with all championship events streamed live on Peacock. A detailed schedule is below, noting key competitors (subject to change). For casual fans, the “short program” serves as a qualifier, while the “free skate” is the final event with a medal ceremony.
All-session and weekend ticket packages are still available for the best seats. Visit skatestlouis2026.com for more details on tickets and premium packages.
