Paramount+ has renewed MobLand for a second season, announced on June 23, 2025, after its 26 million global viewers made it the streamer’s No. 2 original series.

The British crime drama, executive produced by Guy Ritchie and created by Ronan Bennett, will see Tom Hardy return as Harry Da Souza, alongside Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren as the Harrigan crime lords.

Season 1’s finale left Harry’s fate uncertain after a stabbing, with new rival Kat McAllister threatening the Harrigans.

Season 2 will dive deeper into global crime, expanding across Europe and beyond, per Hardy’s comments to The Hollywood Reporter. The full cast, including Joanne Froggatt and Paddy Considine, returns for more betrayal and bloodshed.

With 8.8 million viewers for its March 2025 premiere and a 75% Rotten Tomatoes score, MobLand is a hit. Production may start late 2025, eyeing a 2026 premiere.

Stream Season 1 now on Paramount+.
