Out of the Tundra of the Great North enters MAX CHAOS into the pit of Nu Heavy/Metal/Metalcore scene worldwide with the first single “RIDE THE WAVE” appropriately being released on Friday the 13th June, 2025. This is the first of 11 tracks from the upcoming ORDER OF MAYHEM album on sale this fall all being released on their own indie imprint through High Alert Records globally distributed by The Orchard. The song was co-produced by Max Chaos with Dan McConomy (The Doughboys, Overdose, Agent Steel) and mastered by Maor Appelbaum (Voivod, Dream Theater, Halford).
Armed to the teeth with talent, MAX CHAOS has Vox that seamlessly growl, scream with rage, and fly with his impressive natural voice that delivers a raging inferno all rolled up into one persona. MAX grins as he explains “I just woke up one day and figured out I had the ability to use my voice in different ways to express the pain, frustration, and madness that one goes through as a human being in this day and age. Then I headed straight to the studio and started doing it for real.” Chaos’s guitar playing and prolific songwriting mirrors the diversity of his voice with a brand of no holds barred, blow your doors off metal that is not for the weak-hearted. Justin Kills (on drums) has been hanging around with Max for ten years in plenty of punk and metal bands that they came and went from. His double kick is as slick as his groove and adds the foundation for the fans to mosh to. Max explains “When we signed on with our new Producer/Manager he straight up told me you are not a bass player bro. Let me bring in someone who can make this record sound pro and is a monster onstage. So that’s when we met Karlos Doom aka Medina from Evil Dead/ex-Agent Steel to complete the band”
Max Chaos takes us on a wild adventure with the music video for “Ride The Wave” that slices back and forth between his surreal reality and his animated alter ego who dives into his passion for metal music, muscle cars and surfing above the crowd to escape from the reality of everyday hassles that we can all relate to in our daily struggles. Even more so given the current world disorder. Max Chaos visually has an immersive trip to the dark side through his imagination in the videos, the album covers, merchandise, as well as the persona taking us through his ordeals of life through the upcoming comic books based on each song title per issue. All of which is to be unveiled throughout the coming year.
