The St. Louis Cardinals will begin their 134th season of play in the National League today when they host the Minnesota Twins at 3:15 p.m. CDT in the season opening game of the 162-game Major League Baseball regular season.
The team’s 26-player active roster includes one first-time Cardinal (Phil Maton) and 15 players who were developed within the Cardinals organization.
The following is the Cardinals 2025 Opening Day active roster and injured list:
