Gibson Jimerson and Sincere Parker scored a game-high 15 points apiece to lead Saint Louis to an 81-58 exhibition victory over Missouri-St. Louis Monday night at Chaifetz Arena.
Yuri Collins added 13 points and a game-high seven assists for the Billikens, who led 47-24 at halftime. Javon Pickett and Jake Forrester tallied eight points apiece, and Forrester chipped in four assists.
Jimerson (4-of-7), Parker (3-of-6) and Larry Hughes Jr. (2-of-3) combined to go 9-of-16 from 3-point range as SLU finished at 41 percent (11-of-27) from the arc.
Saint Louis earned a 44-29 advantage on the boards. Parker led all players with seven rebounds, followed by Francis Okoro and Fred Thatch Jr. with six apiece.
The Billikens open the regular season Monday, Nov. 7, vs. Murray State. Tip time at Chaifetz Arena is 7 p.m.
