What feels like an eternity, Ginuwine graced us with his R&B talents Sunday night at ballpark village .

He has a bit of history with our beloved city so having him back is a pleasure in its own. As some may know he made two albums here in St. Louis is with the label Notifi. Ginuwine’s “A Man’s Thoughts” CD, recorded locally for Notifi sold 38,000 copies its first week out, good enough for a No. 1 showing on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop list, and a No. 9 on the overall Billboard 200 chart. He also produced Elgin, in 2011 which The album debuted at #30 on the Billboard 200 with 19,100 copies sold in the first week.

His show was no disappointment. Every corner, every turn, every space in that venue had a screaming fan falling for his sultry seductive moves and voice. He brought the house to their feet. St. Louis you showed Ginuwine that his song are forever embedded with us and he will always be loved by St. Louis. He even gave fans an unexpected surprise by bringing out his good friend Chingy on stage. He lit  up ballpark Village like no other! The moves, the roses, the appreciation and love for his passion didn’t go unnoticed.

As I got to interview with him you can see the passion and love he has for music. You can see the drive he has to bring out a new album and show his fans what he’s made of. There’s something brewing and his fans better be ready for it because he’s coming back better than ever.

From the words of Ginuwine “St. Louis I love y’all so much, y’all show me so much love. Y’all ALWAYS have showed me so much love. This is like my new beginning. This was the last place I did my last two records”. “Shout out to Notifi, Ira the whip and all the people that help me do what I did here in St. Louis. Once I came here they showed me so much love so I’m giving you 110%. I appreciate everybody in St. Louis, Thank you St. Louis”

23 years of being in the business Ginuwine is coming back with something bigger and greater. So keep an eye out for his next album. Without a doubt his next album will be greater than the best. His energy, his vibes, his passion, his love for this is only growing and if his show doesn’t disappoint his next album surely won’t.

From all of us in St. Louis, thank you for coming back to St. Louis and having a special place in your heart and career for the gateway city. To a legend whos coming back with a vengeance like no other,  We look forward to having you back in the Lou.
