“With its combination of vulnerability, intensity and fearless energy, ‘Games’ marks another step forward for Chloe Star as she continues to define her place within alternative pop.”

1883 Magazine

[On ‘Walking On The Sun’] “The track meticulously layers trap percussion beneath heavily overdriven guitars, creating an atmosphere that feels simultaneously ethereal and explosive. It is a masterclass in tension and release, building into an anthemic rock hook that demands attention, all anchored by Star’s magnetic, fierce vocal delivery.”

KALTBLUT. Magazine

“On fairytale, distorted guitars and cinematic piano melodies slowly unfold around a vocal performance that shifts from soft intimacy into something heavier. The track explores the tension between romantic fantasy and emotional self-sabotage, questioning whether idealised love can ever really survive reality.”

METAL Magazine

“With ‘you say’, she continues to expand her palette while keeping a direct, emotionally transparent approach at the centre of her sound.”

NOTION Magazine

“Since making her debut in 2023, the artist has established herself as a potent voice from within the queer community, creating a space for creative expression, introspection and resilience.”

CLASH Magazine

On ‘Wasted Youth’: “Rising indigenous singer, songwriter, visual artist and tribal advocate Chloe Star captures strength and resilience on anthemic offering “Wasted Youth,” building on gritty rock and infectious pop sensibilities, framed by roaring guitars, pounding drums, and passionate vocal delivery”

EARMILK

“Chloe Star is a fast-rising singer, songwriter, and visual artist with Persian and Native American roots. Based in LA, Star is quickly making a name for herself thanks to her unapologetically fierce vocals, gritty rock instrumentals, and pop influences.”

1883 Magazine

Breakout alt-pop talent Chloe Star released her newest single, ‘Games’ on 31 July 2026. ‘Games’ premiered on acclaimed tastemaker publication 1883 Magazine. Star is a multi-talented Persian and Indigenous singer-songwriter, visual artist, and tribal advocate whose bold and self-assured soundscape has been championed by global tastemakers like Rolling Stone, which included her track ‘Bad Habit’ in their 2025 Best New Music: Songs You Need to Know feature, METAL Magazine, CLASH Magazine, 1883 Magazine, EUPHORIA, and EARMILK. Chloe Star has performed at major festivals in the UK and the US, including on the main stage at London Pride, New York Pride Festival, Back Lot Bash in Chicago, as well as events such as Out & Abt in New York and The Dinah in California.

Chloe Star grew up between her family’s reservation in San Bernardino and Los Angeles. Her musical journey began as a pre-teen, when she started using journaling and other art forms to express her creativity and emotions, and was also influenced by her Persian and Indigenous roots, which were very musical. The 28-year-old artist burst onto the scene just three years ago in 2023 and has since built a career on unrivalled authenticity and raw emotion, which has resulted in her ever-growing influence and fanbase. Chloe Star is heavily influenced by an array of artists, including Amy Winehouse, Nirvana, Janis Joplin, and YUNGBLUD, and has drawn comparisons to Paramore, Billie Eilish, and YUNGBLUD.

‘Games’ kicks off with an immediate burst of energy, pairing jungle-infused rhythms with Chloe Star’s signature alt-rock guitar sound to create an electrifying opening. The track thrives on its relentless momentum, fusing chaotic percussion with gritty instrumentation that keeps the intensity elevated from start to finish. Star’s vocal delivery is particularly explosive, seamlessly shifting between rapid-fire rap sections and powerful, soaring belts during the choruses. ‘Games’ is sure to strike a chord with fans of Machine Gun Kelly, Avril Lavigne, and Julia Wolf.

Chloe Star shared the following: “Even if the game is dangerous, I still want to play. I’ve always been drawn to the thrill of not knowing how something will end, even when I know it could destroy me. There’s something addictive about throwing yourself into the unknown just to see what happens!! The adrenaline, the chaos, and whatever version of yourself is waiting on the other side. “Games” is about the part of me that’s always willing to roll the dice, no matter the consequences.”
