Larry Hughes II Leaves SLU Men’s Basketball Program

Saint Louis head men’s basketball coach Josh Schertz announced today that junior guard Larry Hughes II has left the Billikens’ program.
“We thank Larry for his three seasons with the Billikens,” Schertz said.  “We wish him nothing but the best in his future athletic and academic endeavors.”
Hughes appeared in 65 games (28 starts) in three seasons with the Billikens. This year, he appeared in seven games and was averaging 4.7 ppg. Last season, Hughes averaged 7.4 ppg, led the Bills with 36 steals and was second on the team with 49 3-pointers made.
