It’s an atmospheric, melancholic track that captures the calm and the ensuing emotional storm both musically and visually in the accompanying music video (by Peter Leukhardt): A temporary inner emptiness that leads to the hope of escaping this familiar cycle sooner or later. With their unmistakable blend of melancholy depth and rousing sound, the band delivers another impressive foretaste of their upcoming album HEADWAY, which will be released on January 24.
“It would be too nice if there was simply an antidote for low moods. I think we’ve all wished for that at some point,” comments guitarist and songwriter Matti.
“Antidote” was created in collaboration with the producer team Julian Breucker and Christoph Wieczorek.
