QUINCY, Ill. – Golden Rule Entertainment (GRE) is thrilled to announce the acquisition of a second
Prospect League membership. GRE is finalizing a lease agreement with Quincy University to return
summer collegiate baseball to Quincy, Illinois for the 2025 season. The team, Quincy Baseball Club, will
compete in the 18-team Prospect League starting in 2025. Quincy Baseball Club will join Capital City
Baseball DBA Springfield Lucky Horseshoes within Golden Rule Entertainment’s growing portfolio of
sports franchises.

Golden Rule Entertainment, known for its commitment to enhancing local communities through sports
and entertainment, is excited to usher in a new era for baseball in Quincy. This acquisition reflects the
company’s mission to revitalize local sports culture and create engaging experiences for fans and
families.

baseball, and an opportunity for draftable players to showcase their talents is a competitive summer
college wood bat league. Golden Rule Entertainment aims to foster community engagement through
family-friendly events, promotions, and activities that enhance the game-day experience.
