Steve Hall of the Lindenwood football team continues to stockpile awards in recent weeks after earning two more accolades on Monday. Hall was tabbed the Big South-OVC Freshman of the Week as well as the National Freshman of the Week.
Hall had a dominant game this past Saturday, rushing for a career-high 259 yards on just 13 carries, good for nearly 20 yards per attempt Hall was just 13 yards shy of setting the programs single-game rushing record. The redshirt freshman had four touchdowns on the day, scoring from 9, 12, 75, and 93 yards out. The 93-yard play tied the longest offensive play in program history, which was set earlier this season. Four touchdowns are tied for the third most in a game in program history.
