Taco Bell’s Double Decker Taco has returned nationwide, but it will only be available until October 30th.
The Double Decker was first introduced in 1995 as a limited time offer before becoming a permanent menu item in 2006.
It features a bean-filled tortilla wrapped around a taco shell and filled with seasoned beef, lettuce and shredded cheddar cheese. You can also opt for the Supreme version, which adds diced tomatoes and sour cream.
Taco Bell most recently brought back the Double Decker Taco in December 2023 for a limited time. After the item lost an election to the Enchirito in 2022, people on social media put the pressure on Taco Bell to revive the item anyway.
This year, the Double Decker Taco costs $2, which is 99 cents cheaper than it was last year. The Double Decker Taco Supreme is now $2.69, which is $1 less than its 2023 price.
