Australian deathcore juggernauts and avid animal rights campaigners, To The Grave are back with another crushing new track – “Dead Skin Ski Mask”. Stream the new track HERE and watch the accompanying video HERE. The brutal new track is the second single from their previously announced ‘Offcuts EP’ which will feature on the upcoming double deluxe edition of their phenomenal album, ‘Director’s Cuts’, released earlier this year via Unique Leader Records. Both will be released on Friday, September 15th. Pre-save HERE

Speaking on his band’s latest serving of no-punches-pulled brutality, vocalist Dane Evans shares

“Deadskin Skimask is one of my favourites from the whole of ‘Director’s Cuts’ and ‘Offcuts’, this song almost ended up on the album until we realized it sucked and needed to take another run at it. What you hear now is the result of us trying to save it and I ended up pretty stoked on it.

“Something about it has given me Slipknot vibes all the way through this track, even the breakdown.

Straight up what I feel is our most violently-written song to date and I think it’ll go off live.

Our good friend Jake kills his feature on this and it was cool to get to sample Pearl, go watch that movie.”

To The Grave are one of the most uncompromising and outspoken bands in the deathcore scene today. Lyrically exposing a societal and environmental hell on earth whilst pushing the boundaries of accessible extremity, full of barbed hooks, thick with atmosphere and drenched in groove. They combine crushing riffs, blast beats and guttural vocals with a strong sense of social justice and animal rights activism.

Their sophomore offering, ‘Director’s Cuts’, was released earlier this year. It’s a groundbreaking body of work that pushed the boundaries of deathcore with cinematic, horror movie inspired music videos and diverse soundscapes. The album spawned singles “Red Dot Sight”, “Axe Of Kindness”, “Cut Off The Head” and “Found Footage” the music videos for which have racked up 420,000 views on YouTube between them with the album hitting 2.68 million streams and counting across streaming platforms.

The ‘Director’s Cuts (Deluxe)’ release coming on September 15th promises to be a collector’s dream. With the additional “Offcuts EP” tracks, the release will be available in multiple formats, including a double disc, gatefold vinyl, and some killer pre-order merch items to choose from too. ABOUT TO THE GRAVE

One of Australia’s most uncompromising bands, To The Grave released ‘Director’s Cuts’, their heaviest album to date both sonically and thematically, in February of this year to mass acclaim. Since the release of their 2019 debut album ‘Global Warning’, the caustic five piece have garnered international success, with 2021’s follow-up ‘Epilogue’, a re-issue of ‘Global Warning’ with bonus tracks, solidifying their position as “one of the country’s heaviest exports.” (Revolver).

To The Grave have steadily built an audience in the underground, accumulating more than 11 million Spotify streams, racking up over 5.4 million YouTube views, all whilst decimating live audiences alongside Parkway Drive, Polaris, Cattle Decapitation, Thy Art Is Murder, Shadow of Intent, Angelmaker, Enterprise Earth, Vulvodynia and Alpha Wolf.

Now, following a sold-out national headline tour in 2022, global critical acclaim for the release of ‘Director’s Cuts’, a new EP and plenty of touring for the remainder of 2023, the band are more focused than ever.

To The Grave are

Dane Evans – Vocals

Jack Simoni – Guitars, Programming

Luke Ringin – Guitars, Vocals

Matt Clarke – Bass, Vocals

Simon O’Malley – Drums, Vocals
