Since their days on Fox’s hit T.V. show, Glee, Darren Criss and Lea Michele have been hard at work, including releasing solo music projects, hitting broadway, and now, even touring together. Their co-headlining tour, titled the LM/DC Tour, kicked off in late May and has traveled to 11 North American cities, with three left to go.

Criss and Michele’s tour rolled through St. Louis at Peabody Opera House tonight, a fitting venue for their broadway-esque 2-hour performance. The duo kicked off the show together, opening with Follies’ “Broadway Baby.” They went on to perform Little Shop of Horrors’ “Suddenly Seymour” and  bantered about wishing they had chosen Once’s “Falling Slowly” as a song on Glee.

The duo then separated as Criss said he was too exhausted to continue and gave Michele the stage. She performed several covers and some of her original music before giving the mic back to Criss who did the same, including a St. Louis favorite, Nelly’s “Ride Wit Me”, before rejoining with Michele to round out their performance with Bob Dylan’s “Make You Feel My Love.”

The tour brought a unique audience to Peabody Opera House, ranging from young “Gleeks” to middle-aged Broadway lovers ready to hear what Criss and Michele had to offer — and they certainly gave them something to talk about.

The LM/DC Tour continues on to Atlanta on the 29th, Durham on the 30th, and closes out on July 1st in Charlotte.
