Emmis Sells St. Louis Cluster

Emmis Communications has reached agreements in principle to sell it’s four radio stations in St. Louis to two buyers. In separate deals, Hubbard Radio will acquire the rockers – heritage rock KSHE (94.7) and modern rock ‘The Point’ KPNT (105.7), while Entercom will pick up ‘News Talk 97.1 FM’ KFTK and CHR ‘NOW 96.3’ KNOU. Terms of the sales have not yet been disclosed.
