THE BASICS

• Jenny Vliet posted her second double-double of the season and fifth of her career, and four other Billikens scored in double figures in Saint Louis’ 77-66 victory over Tulsa Tuesday night at Chaifetz Arena.

• SLU, which captured a second consecutive win, concluded its nonconference schedule with a 6-7 record. Tulsa fell to 5-7.

• Vliet finished with 13 points and a game-high 12 rebounds, which tied her season high. She connected on two 3-pointers, raising her career total to 168 to tie Katie Paganelli for second place on the Billikens’ all-time list.

• Jackie Kemph tallied a team-high 16 points and a game-high eight assists. Kemph has 1,569 career points and needs just 17 points to claim the SLU record held by Sadie Stipanovich. She also equaled her season high of four rebounds.

• Aaliyah Covington matched her season high of 15 points and grabbed five rebounds. Covington sank a career-high eight free throws on nine attempts.

• The Billikens answered with a 14-2 flurry. Vliet scored the first nine points of the run on a pair of treys with a conventional three-point play in between. Gits’ jumper and a triple by Paige Rakers put SLU on top 42-28 at the break.

THIRD QUARTER

• The Bills scored the last five points of the period and carried a 61-40 cushion into the final 10 minutes.

FOURTH QUARTER
